Q: A question?

Why are you offering smaller disk space per account at higher tiers? I need your help to understand this.

I’m not talking about total disk space but per account space. For example:

Tier 1: 35 GB ÷ 7 accounts = 5 GB per account

Tier 5: 250 GB ÷ 90 accounts = 2.78 GB per account

Typically, companies offer more generous options at higher tiers, but here, paying more gives me half the disk space per account.

Why does per account space decrease when I pay more? Please explain clearly here—I’m genuinely trying to understand, not being sarcastic.

A: Hello!

Of course, that is a very valid question. Because of backup storage costs, we have to be very careful with what we offer. And that is why the limit is not as big as it could be if we kept the 5GB per site. Our focus is the long term success and stability of the platform. Hope is understandable.

Also, inside Modular, there are always options to add more storage :)

You are dodging the questions Hector.

Question was simple which you avoided 2nd time to answer. Doesnt adds up to trust building mate.

I pay you $49 you give me 5GB and if I give you $450 then you give me 2.5GB. Why you are refusing to answer a simple math question. I am lost my mate!, totally lost. Give me that what you drink, may be I will start seeing too!

Are we from different "universes"!
