While I see some value in this system, I really wish Adi would segment her upsells better. It feels like i'm stuck in an infomercial nightmare where every click just takes me to yet another bloody pitch.

Yes, I get you're in business and great at what you do, however there's still some refinement needed to the force-feeding users your paid offerings one after another after another after another.

I do understand why this is non-refundable - and yes, I answered the 6 questions.

The owner, Adi, is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about my projects and success. I also purchased her courses, which are action-oriented and far better than any book I've read. They explain everything step-by-step, making it easy for newbies like me to follow along.

Does it bother me as Sumoling that this is not refundable? Sure. I've had my share of wasted money. But this purchase is NOT one of them.

I can't understand how this software could receive a bad review. It seems that some people who left poor reviews might have had preconceived notions. Personally, I find this software to be one of the best and one of my favorite business tools. Paired with Frictionless, it's the perfect combination.

Someone mentioned issues with the UI, but the UI is not crucial to me. I use software that's terminal-based, just a blinking prompt, and it's extremely vital for my work. The functionality of Molo9 is absolutely crucial for my business, even without a fancy UI. Missing out on this software would be a serious regret. The fact that there's no refund policy speaks volumes—it's that good. I never intended to return it.

If this software is available, I urge you not to listen to the negative reviews. Not all software suits every business owner, and not all reviews are fair. The owner is very accessible and provides excellent support, a rarity in this space. For $100—equivalent to 20 cups of coffee—you can try it and see how amazing it is. I have found no reason to give this software a bad review. It's simply unfair to the owner. For transparency, I am not affiliated with the owner, AppSumo, nor was I paid for this review.

I bought it and tried it out it seems laura43 was correct as other low star reviews. Put in all my information and I got ideas and info about simple things that a simple look up gives on the internet could come up. Also it does have links to other sources as i believed a low star review mention. They are on the bottom. I didn't click on them. I wanted my money back but then I read none refundable. We'll listen learn. Should have trusted the bad reviews on this one.
