Q: Design GPT - Choosing default dimensions
Liking the ability to edit layers for the AI generations. I can't seem to find how to define template sizes for Facebook post or Instagram. All AI generations are in portrait mode so far and when you resize to other formats to landscape, it leaves a white space on each side which isn't ideal.
How do fix this?

Jun 30, 2025A: Thank you for your question! Design GPT automatically determines which generation type to use based on your prompt input - this includes Poster Generator, GPT Image, and other available generation types.
Currently, when using Poster Generator, the default sizes follow Instagram's portrait dimensions. We're actively developing horizontal design formats, which will be available soon! You can track our progress on the roadmap at š§± https://molypix.canny.io/.
For GPT Image generations, the dimensions are fixed by official settings, but there's a workaround: click "Edit" to enter the editor, then use the "Expand" tool under AI Tools to adjust your image to different sizes. š
