Q: Are you open to removing the 2 month limit on credit building?

Hello, I just bought it and max stacked, im on the fence now about refunding or not. I think the product is pretty amazing though there are definitely bugs that need to be worked out. Example I had Japanese script written all over my first video despite prompting a Spanish and English bilingual video. Also there are error messages and no audio despite me paying for an audio AI option.

My MAIN concern though is that our credits wont continue to build past 2 months. I would be satisfied if that limit was moved from 2 months to like a year, or just removed completely for those of us that buy the top teir. In my mind, im paying for 16k credits a month and they should not be reset or capped at 32k. I know there are options to pay for more credits but point of LTD is we pay once. I feel its a reasonable request. Please let me know, thanks :)

I am sorry that the regular monthly credits cannot be stacked.
Regarding the audio option, let me clarify the design logic behind the Bilingual Dialogue and Bilingual Story templates: These templates are designed for a specific flow where the character speaks Language A first, followed by Language B. When the audio option is enabled, our current video models are not able to properly support this sequential bilingual speech structure within a single generation. Because of this limitation, these two templates are intentionally set to audio OFF by default to ensure the output matches the intended bilingual storytelling experience.
If your goal is to create dialogue-style videos with audio enabled using our current video models, we recommend using other templates or General Creation. These are more flexible and do support the audio feature.

thanks for explaining the bilingual dialouge model, it makes sense now. As far as stacking, why wont you allow us to keep the credits we accrue? Are you not open to allowing us to stack more months worth than 2? If not what is the reasoning? Thanks.

Oh i looked again and its only paid for credits that stay for 2 billing cycles. So our credits reset EVERY month??? Are you guys willing to remove this and allow us to stack our credits?
