Video generation costs are calculated based on the model you choose. Different models consume different credits per second, reflecting their performance and output quality.
Credits per second by model:
- Base – 6 credits/sec
- Veo 3.1 Fast – 30 credits/sec
- Veo 3.1 – 50 credits/sec
- Sora 2 – 20 credits/sec
- Seedance 1.5 Pro – 12 credits/sec
- Wan 2.6 – 12 credits/sec
Mootion can be used for YouTube shorts and TikTok and Instagram.
Length is only one small part of the formula. For example, you can select different AI models depending on the quality you need. Some require more credits for higher quality. Then you have to consider the number of attempts to generate the video properly, depending on how many prompt revisions you need to make. So, try it first to see how many credits are needed for your needs.
However, to be honest, the highest tier will be highly insufficient for 70 separate 3-5 min. videos each month. Here is a basic breakdown of the credits needed for 1 minute of video, depending on the selected AI model:
Minimum Base Cost for 1 min: 360 credits (Using the standard Base model)
Maximum Premium Cost for 1 min: 3,000 credits (Using top-tier models like Veo 3.1 or Seedance 2.0)
