Q: Hi, A few questions and confirmations please.

1. I just tested the platform (Apple + Chrome) and every project has a gray screen. No video. Even in preview mode, I see gray. Even a template if I start editing it, turns gray. Audio seems fine. Any ideas? It's not my machine; it can handle all sorts of video configurations...

2. Thank you for the previous reply that you have a video chat feature (up to 7 ppl). Please confirm that it is included in our plans here.

3. I also tried to add to a group gallery but it says Enterprise level. Please confirm we are getting - as you mentioned somewhere else - access to groups, and making galleries private as well.

Hi, I am sorry, but then how do we manage those included subaccounts if we can't group, or have access to groups? Do you mean we get only ONE group?

I can live without the chat, but not being able to organize groups or videos...so if I understand correctly, all included users are bound to a single group? I am so confused now.

Isn't each subaccount tied to its own group? And us as a main admin have access to these groups?? I see the post you have with sub-groups and/or workspaces coming up...I assume that's included in these plans..and would that solve my question/confusion?

At the moment we have there is only one group but we are building these subgroups or workspaces and they are coming soon as you can see on the roadmap.

I just want to let everyone know that the gray screen issue was fixed. Thanks Moovly team for the support. I added another question but maybe it got lost, so I'll repeat it here:

"Hi Bob, between you and another person answering on behalf of Moovly, I am unsure of these 2 items. Please confirm that the appsumo buyers WILL GET ACCESS to these two:

1. Moovly Video Collaboration (up to 60 minutes and only up to 7 people i believe I was told)
2. "At the moment we have there is only one group but we are building these subgroups or workspaces and they are coming soon as you can see on the roadmap."

3. This one is a management question. Will the main account have access to all the other subaccounts under that plan, directly? (same dashboard)
