I'm Scott, the creator of Saastic. I am an indie web developer in New York City, with over 20 years of coding experience. For each product I build, I often have to reach out to customers manually to request feedback to improve the product, testimonials to display for social proof, and reviews to drive leads from G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot.

1. Do you have a public roadmap?

2. Can I remove Saastic branding on emails and landing pages?

Yes. You can now remove the branding and triple your monthly request limit by purchasing and redeeming 3 codes.

3. Can I send review requests from my own domain name?

Yes. You can connect your own domain name to Saastic and choose your own email address and name to send from.

4. Is there a limit to how many customers I can import?

There is no limit to how many customers you can import into Saastic. Your LTD code determines how many requests you can send on a monthly basis. The codes are stackable up to three.

5. What happens if I reach my monthly request limit?

If you reach your monthly request limit, Saastic will resume sending on the 1st day of the next month. Our LTD limit is generous, and you likely will never need more than you can purchase.

6. Can my customers easily unsubscribe?

Absolutely. An unsubscribe link is included in the footer of each email. Once clicked, the customer is immediately unsubscribed from receiving emails from your project.

7. Can I import customers from my apps with Zapier?

Yes. You can find the invite-only Saastic app on Zapier in Settings. We also have a documented REST API that will let you import customers directly from your own application. https://docs.saastic.com

8. Can I embed reviews on my website?

This is in the works. In the meantime, we do currently include a hosted page that will showcase all of your reviews.

9. Do you share my customer data with 3rd parties?

Absolutely not! We only need names and emails, and the only thing Saastic will ever do with this information is send review requests on your behalf based on the request strategy you provide. Plain and simple.
