You would have to already know the customer’s email or phone to reach out and ask for a review. A tool to find contact info is interesting, but I feel like that can lead to a lot of spam or unwanted requests. Nobody has requested that yet.
but the agency feature can be resold as a saas?
No it’s meant to be used for your own agency. Not to resell to other people. It’s used to onboard your own clients.
It can be sold to you clients. Not sure if I was clear on that.
