This was previously answered by Scott Vayner who said: Yes — you can reveal links or redirect to any platform from your review page so customers can choose Google, Trustpilot, etc.; it does prescreening/filtering by default (shows a private feedback form for negative ratings and won’t link out); and the workflow is: import your customers, the system requests reviews automatically each day, and you can customize the email/SMS templates and review pages.
