Q: Can I stack 10 codes for 50,000 review requests per month, or 15 codes for 75,000?
1- Can you please let me know whether a request is simply the email being sent, or the review being given?
2- Do clients have the option to send via email and/or text? If they just choose text and are paying for their own platform, how does that factor into the request volume?
3- Just to be sure - can we create different tier pricing plans and include whichever options we want, like the pricing on your website?
4- Do you have any white-label marketing material or guidelines to abide by for using your software?

May 18, 2026A: 1. A request is an email or sms to request a review from a customer (including its reminders)
2. If you want SMS, we offer 3 providers to connect with. You must pay them separately. You cna use your own account for this, and bill your customers if you wanted to.
3. You can control features on each projects, including number of daily/monthly sends. You must bill your customers separately. We do not handle that right now.
