Does this platform send a SMS Text and/or an Email to request a Google Review from past customer list?

A: Yes of course. For SMS you will need to connect one of three providers and fund your account.

Hi, I was wondering if you’re thinking about adding an aggregated analytics dashboard and sections that pull in all new external reviews from any of our connected platforms such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.. Unless I'm mistaken, we can only see reviews directly left inside this platform, but not the ones left when they're redirected to external review platforms. I think it would be helpful if we could get notifications as soon as new reviews are made on one of the externally connected platforms, and also be able to see the ratings and full reviews right inside More Good Reviews in a dedicated section. I think it would save a lot of time from jumping between different review listing platforms to check for updates and really streamline the whole review‑management workflow. Thanks, and great work so far!
Whitelabel max stacked plan. My goal is to allow each client to: Connect and pay for their own 3rd party services directly Maintain ownership of their Twilio/email/integration subscriptions Avoid routing all external service costs through the master account This is important for scalability, billing transparency, and liability separation. Would love clarity on whether this is: True multi-tenant architecture (each workspace independent and can setup one 3rd party integrations) Or agency-reseller architecture (all infrastructure flows through the master account and I have to setup And bill through my account 3rd party usage) Thank you — excited to build with this.
