Q: Choose Review Platform by Customer
1. Can the customer choose which platform they’d like to add a review? For example, choose between Google or Trust pilot? The major issue I have with RateMyService is that the user can not choose which platform they can review on.
2. Can it prescreen customers? For example, if happy then send to customer review on a platform of their choice. If unhappy, then ask private feedback.

Sep 6, 2025A: 1. Yes, you can reveal links or redirect to any platform from your review page. So you can get more reviews on any site.
2. Yes, it does the filtering by default. It reveals a form if rating is negative and won't link out.
3. All you have to do is import your customers. The system requests reviews automatically each day. You can customize both the email/sms templates, and also the review pages. There are a bunch of options.
