I know you (and every SaaS founder) hates questions about comparison, but I'm curious about the differences between this and AppSumo's Feedback Link (https://appsumo.com/products/feedback-link/) and the industry-standard Senja. GoZen Testimonials tried to clone Senja, but their software doesn't work.

Also, would love to see the ability to collect video testimonials like how Senja does (https://senja.io/testimonial-software/video).
