Hi, thanks for building an awesome platform!
I'm trying to setup my instance and have 2 main questions for you.
1) It would be SUPER helpful to be able to provide AI a writing sample or system prompt to customize its outputs. I tested 3 different generations and in each first sentence it said "gamechanger"--a total AI generation giveaway. It would also be nice to be able to customize keyword sets. So 1 generation might say "health" and "coach" while another might say helpful "articles" and "videos". Perhaps a 3rd set around courses/memberships/products.
2) Is there a best practice on integrating with ESPs or embedding a leave a review form into a static webpage of mine? I'm trying to determine how to actually send my audience the survey from MGR. Seems like Webhooks/Connectors/API might be my only option?

Nov 25, 2025A: 1. I just deployed custom instructions for the AI Assistant. You can see the setting there now.
2. To automate the review requests, all you need to do is get the customers into the platform and switch on Automate. There are a number of ways to do that. You can use an App Connector, REST API, or BCC the project email address when sending an invoice to a customer. The BCC option might be the easiest and cheapest.
