Would make a huge difference in scaling, as some accounts can take a ton of time...but autoreplying via AI would be a game changer!!
Any idea on timeframe before that could happen???
Likely over the summer. There are some important core features I want to get done first.
@scottvayner - When will the autoreply to reviews (using AI) be ready? I'm teetering on the fence and that's what I'm waiting for to push me over. ;-)

Cool! When a customer leaves a Google review, other software I'm looking at leverages AI technology to automatically respond to a contact on behalf of the business, using message sentiment, keywords and logic. It's a big time saver for businesses and helps with SEO results. Would love to see something like that from MGR.
I can do this, but I feel like the customer may want to approve what text is being sent in the public reply. So I am not sure if automatically responding would work well, but generating a response to it, definitely.
