Q: Does this support gating?
I use a tool already for Google reviews, if the user selects 4/5 stars it integrates and leaves the review on Google otherwise asks for feedback.
Can your platform do this? Do you also support webhooks to add new users to campaigns or webhook out kiosk form fills?

Does the customer still have to write the review into Google?
What MGR will do is redirect the customer to Google to leave the review if 4 or 5 (depending on your settings), otherwise present the form for internal feedback. I assume it is the same flow.
By webhook, I assume you mean a RESPT API or app connector to add customers, and yes it does support that.
