Q: Functionnalities & Language
Hi,
Im looking for an alternative to Climbo and i have a few questions comparing both solutions:
is it available in French?
As a SaaS solution is it possiblefor agencies to generate payments invoices for final clients through the software?
Is there any future development scheduled to send through Whatsapp messages ans reminders to get reviews?
Whats are the platforms that can be linked to your product to publish: Google, Facebook? Instagram? Airbnb? is it customizable?

Oct 11, 2024A: Hello. To answer your questions:
1. There isn't a language option, but you can customize a lot of the customer-facing text. Like email templates, and copy on the review page.
2. It does not handle the billing for you.
3. There is a Twilio integration, so I could potentially add WhatsApp through that at some point.
4. Currently there is a native Google integration and I plan to do Facebook at some point. You can use it for any source to collect reviews, it just won't pull in other sources besides Google right now.
