Q: Hi GoodReview Team, I am using the agency plan and testing it with both the agency and client accounts.
In the client account, I noticed an “Upgrade” button at the bottom of the left side panel, which redirects to your GoodReview site. I couldn’t find a way to override the plan or hide the upgrade button for the client account.
I sent an email last week and am still awaiting a reply from you. Could you please assist with this?

May 21, 2024A: Hi. I tried replying, but it bounced. Can you check your email address on your account? I assume you still see the upgrade button for possible one of these reasons:
1. You accepted the invite while still signed into your agency owner account.
2. You accepted the invite from an account already signed up via moregoodreviews.com.
Can you try inviting a fresh email address that has never signed into the site, and then sign out of the site before accepting the invite?
