Q: Hi, if I have previous clients phone numbers, can I use this to reach back at them or this is only for new reviews?

Jul 7, 2025A: Sure, but you need a Twilio account to do so. You need to buy a number, set up a new messaging service with that number added to it, then register your campaign. Once your campaign is registered, you can ahead and use SMS with the platform.
