Q: HI Scott, I am in (with all 3 codes) under Agency > Domain > DMARC and the record shows DMARC status for _dmarc.

myglobalmobile.COM
but it should be
DMARC status for _dmarc.myglobalmobile.NET

I must have mis-typed something (??) when I set it up :(

I am using the .com for my sales website (net = for agency logins/platforms/subdomains).

I am not sure, but I guess I also set up a DMARC record on the .com because it verified as active.

Problem:
(A) There is no REMOVE button like the other 4 items (under that tab)
AND
(B) There is no edit button to change it from .com to .net.

Do I have to wipe out all the agency records and re-do everything to be able to enter the correct record??

Or is there one of the 3 other records that if wiped will re-populate the DMAR record to start over?

I don't want my Agency Platform (.NET) getting confused with my .COM Client Account (which will be sending requests for, and posting my own companies reviews to).

Please advise.

Thank you!

P. S. - The servers my domains are on have been done since yesterday post-DDNS attack, so I won't get the replay email 'til my servers are back up.

In the meantime you could also email me at drgreglane[at]yahoo.com

A: If this is the email on your account, i will take a look. The DMARC validator is just a helpful tool to check if you have the record, but it should be checking against the domain you added for the sending domain. You can also write into support using the bubble on the website to chat with me.
