Hi, thanks for building an awesome platform! I'm trying to setup my instance and have 2 main questions for you. 1) It would be SUPER helpful to be able to provide AI a writing sample or system prompt to customize its outputs. I tested 3 different generations and in each first sentence it said "gamechanger"--a total AI generation giveaway. It would also be nice to be able to customize keyword sets. So 1 generation might say "health" and "coach" while another might say helpful "articles" and "videos". Perhaps a 3rd set around courses/memberships/products. 2) Is there a best practice on integrating with ESPs or embedding a leave a review form into a static webpage of mine? I'm trying to determine how to actually send my audience the survey from MGR. Seems like Webhooks/Connectors/API might be my only option? Thanks!
