Hi, I have a question, this is the scenarios, please let me know if this is possible:
I'll use Pabbly to import customers from Quickbooks into More Good Reviews. But lets say I want to import customers again after a period of time.
Will I be able to just refresh and update the list? Or will I have to clear and re-run the import? My concern is that customers who do get sent requests, don't get new requests sent again.

Nov 8, 2024A: A customer is only going to get sent a review request (and/or any reminders) one time automatically. You can also manually initiate a new request on a customer profile or just send them the request link again. Importing the customers again should only add the new ones that aren't in the platform yet (by email or phone lookup).
