Q: integration
Which social media can be integrated into this? Because your free version is just showing Google's integration. Other social media like Facebook, G2, TripAdvisor, Google, Trustpilot are not visible. Is this just Google integration, nothing else?

Oct 19, 2024A: The product automates the outreach to get more reviews anywhere. The review page can include links or redirects to 3rd party sites to get reviews. You can even split traffic to both Google or Facebook if the review is positive. An integration really only means it can sync or import those reviews back into the platform, and allow you reply publicly where possible. Right now Google is the only one, but there will be more down the line.
Thank you for replying. Can you tell after how much time other social media like Facebook, G2, TripAdvisor, Google, Trustpilot can be integrated?
The only problem I am finding in this is that when the client gives a review on Google and Facebook, then that data (how many reviews have been received on Facebook and Google) is not shown in the report which is sent to him after 1 week. Am I right?
That does work for Google. But not for Facebook right now. It will, ultimately.
1. When someone is invited from the admin, the company logo is not visible. It is visible again when you click on the show image above. Can't the company logo appear automatically?

2. When the report is sent to the customer after 1 week, is the report of the review of Google Business given by the customer also included?

1. This has to do with your email client. There should be a setting to always show images in emails, but this does not have to do with MGR specifically.
2. I don't see anything in the screenshot here, but the report does say how many Google reviews were given. It lists review stats by source.

and another 3rd question below
When the customer clicks on Google Business and goes to Google Business page, then after giving the review, he automatically comes back to the thanks page?
The actual review is not in there if that's what you're asking. Just a count.
There is no way to redirect the customer back from Google, as far as I know.
Then I see a big drawback in this, that is, if the customer goes to Google Business for review and does not come back from there, we have set 3 time email, then he will get email again and again while he is on Google Business. But the review has already been given.
No, that cannot happen because all reminders are canceled once they click the link in the email to visit the review page.
Is that working with also subdomain ? Actually main will be my company domain other sub domains for my agent or customer
Is that possible in this ?
Yes, each project can have its own domain for the review page, if that is what you are asking,
