1. It does not support right to left languages.
2. You can post to any platform by linking to it from the form via links (buttons), or redirects (on a positive rating).
3. Weekly reports are sent to customers.
4. The software has a strong emphasis on the outreach to collect the reviews. It's highly customizable and it can run on autopilot to get more reviews.
