I have purchased three codes, however my account currently shows a limit of 10,000 per month, which seems lower than expected (15K). I wanted to confirm whether this is correct or if something needs to be adjusted on my account.
I also had a question regarding white labeling. Could you please advise how I can:
• Change the branding (logo / brand name), and
• Use my own link or domain instead of the default one?
Lastly, could you please share the best email address or contact method for ongoing support?

Dec 24, 2025A: You can just go back to that redemption page and try entering one code at a time to get the 3rd one to redeem. Most likely a typo.

Set up the agency by clicking agency on the header. Edit the Appearance and Domain sections. Domain is critical for white label setup.
