Q: Notification Only Role with Full Review Visibility
Is there a way to have a “notification-only” role that receives full review content via email — without needing to log in?
We have team members who need to see reviews as they come in (e.g. support agents, account managers), but they don’t want to log into the platform or manage setup. Right now, notifications only say a review was submitted and shows the rating, but doesn't include the actual feedback. This creates friction and delays.
It would be amazing to have a simple role for a team member that:
1. Can be invited via email
2. Doesn’t require login
3. Receives full review content (rating + feedback) in the email body
4. Has no dashboard or edit access
This would make review visibility quick and frictionless for passive roles. If I happened to overlook this, is this on the roadmap by any chance?

Oct 9, 2025A: A review page can have a notification email. Go to review pages > edit page > settings > scroll to notifications

I tried the field you're referring to previously and had noticed that you can only have one email address there. Maybe if there were more than one able to be added in the field if they were separated by commas? What do you think?
