Hi! Thanks for making such a useful app. I'm mainly using it to collect GMB and TrustPilot reviews. The current UI is kinda hard for users to understand. They click "Send Review" and then think that it auto-posts to those 3rd party websites (that have buttons below like "Google" and "TrustPilot"). I only care about getting the public Google and TrustPilot reviews. Hi, could you clarify how the review landing page works for negative vs. positive sentiment? My goal is to ensure that links to these public review sites are hidden unless the user selects a positive star rating. Specifically, I want to use review gating: 1. If a user gives a negative rating (e.g., 1-3 stars), I want them directed to an internal feedback form only so it stays private. 2. If they give a positive rating (4-5 stars), I want the page to immediately reveal direct links to post on Trustpilot, Capterra, G2, and Google. Is this conditional logic currently supported for these specific platforms? Thanks.
Hi I want to use only for generating a QR code so that my clients can put it on their desk. If a client scans the QR code is the same principale of 1, 2 or 3 stars internal message and 4 or 5 stars the get a redirect to Google Reviews for example. Is It also possible with the QR code? Thank you
