We are considering purchasing Tier 5. Although we occasionally receive external reviews, we prefer to keep full control over customer feedback. We want to avoid situations where customers leave negative reviews simply because they didn’t receive a discount, didn’t get what they wanted, or try to pressure us by threatening reviews.
Is it possible to set up our own review page—fully under our control—without linking to external platforms such as Trustpilot or similar services?
