Q: Questions about plan 6, google and translation

Hello,
I have several questions about your solution.
1/ I use your solution as an agency. Do you have a plan 6 or 7 to increase the number of requests, for example to 50,000 or 100,000?

2/ Is it also possible to improve the translations on the customer portal? I see that there are some sentence structures in the French that need correcting.

3/ How can MGR know when a customer contacted by email leaves a review directly on Google? The goal is to avoid contacting customers who have already left a review.

A: 1. You can buy more codes and stack them in your account for 5k more monthly requests each.
2. Message me on Discord or write into our support for the translation fixes. It’s a script that does it so I’ll see have to see if there is a way to automate your fixes across every language.
3. It only ever automates a review request if they did not leave a review. However it still counts as a review if they rated on the review page before being taken to Google.
