Q: Review Campagin Length
Are requests initially sent via email, followed by three subsequent follow-up emails?
The SMS messages are optional on our end?
Are additional emails allowed?
Between the two (email & sms) how long can a campaign be to collect reviews or is there a limit?

Jan 23, 2026A: Yes to email. SMS is optional and one of three external services are required to use it. Twilio for example. You have the option of sending up to 3 reminders spaced X days apart. If no review given, you can enable “retries” after a cooldown period. That will retry sending the request and its reminders up to 2 times max. This can only be done once per customer automatically.
