George2500Q: Review Gating
HI
I just purchased TIER 3, but can we do review gating? Is means if the customer leaves 1 to 3 stars the review stays inside the business and we apologize to the client, if the customer leaves 4 or 5 stars he gets redirected to Google Reviews for example.

Sep 25, 2024A: Yes you can. There are a number of settings for the form in Settings > Form. By default, third party links are buried on the page if the review is not positive. You can technically remove them completely if you wanted to, but that is usually against the terms on the review sites. There is a warning about it. You can also just redirect to third party sites if the rating is positive.
