Q: sorry, follow up question
If the customer leaves a postivie review (4 or 5 stars) and he gets redirected to my Google business page to leave a review, does he need to rate again (atars) and put a comment, or is this already prefilled?

Jan 15, 2025A: Yes. There is no way to prefill that. The review will then be pulled into the platform. The sync occurs daily.
