Is the option to allow leads to start for free also available for me on tier 3 using the White Label feture?

Jan 18, 2026A: By default, they do get full access. You can restrict the project though by managing overrides on it. And you can suspend a project whenever you want.

Is your experience that most users manage to setup the system themselves?

That is how I designed it. To be a tool agencies can offer their clients. They need to go into the agency account and set up the project and invite client to the project. They bill them however they see fit.
