May 15, 2024A: You can add a link to any site you want, kind of like LinkTree. So you can definitely request reviews on TripAdvisor. I will also add that as a standard option.

My goal is to ensure that links to these public review sites are hidden unless the user selects a positive star rating. Specifically, I want to use review gating: 1. If a user gives a negative rating (e.g., 1-3 stars), I want them directed to an internal feedback form only so it stays private. 2. If they give a positive rating (4-5 stars), I want the page to immediately reveal direct links to post on Trustpilot, Capterra, G2, and Google.
