A: They are and can be. Just add your CNAME for the api in the agency domain section.

Hi again, Will the Google Reviews Widget be displayed in Japanese? It's not available in Japanese on the Kiosk Page, Showcase Page, review requests, etc. I made a request here two months ago, but it seems it's still not supported.
