Great App!
This app is great and the support has been fantastic. They helped me get all setup with my DNS so that it sends from my domain. I love how well it works.
I have it directed to my google review site but I find many people only click the face and dont fill out the google review. Thats really not the apps fault but I wish it didnt record the review until that was entered.

Feb 18, 2025Thank you! There is a setting in the Review Page settings called Rating Selection. You can toggle this to: Never save rating before review, and that should solve it for this scenario. That means it will never record a rating first, until the review/feedback is actually written and submitted via the platform or pulled in from Google.
