We are beyond impressed with the Saastic team for this wonderful product. Having tried many alternatives, we have found them to be ineffective in successfully generating social reviews due to clunky UI and weird links. We have been using Saastic for in-house purposes for about a month, and the results have been fantastic. White-labeling features have allowed us to make the entire feedback collection process feel very personalized to each of our locations, resulting in more traction and more feedback.
