I would like to set my own versions of the status items as the existing ones don't meet my needs. I am referring to request/progress/feedback/complete/hold.

Q: A la hora de invitar a mis clientes a participar en sus espacios de trabajo, no tengo forma de avisar a la ...

plataforma de que son clientes y no personas del equipo. Además el proceso de alta para el cliente es bastante complejo. No veo soporte a ésto en las FAQS. Podrían decirnos como poner a los colaboradores y clientes como alguien externo a la plataforma?
