Q: Hi, So how customizable is the whole setup?
I understand everyone gets 20 points to give to everyone per month by default, what if I want only certain people to be able to give points and others can just receive points/feedback?
Can I customize how many points each person gets to spend per month?
Do you have a public (within the company) profile feature that displays "badges" or trophies allowing employees to see what kind of recognition others are getting?

Customization of the points is currently not possible, so far no such demand has arisen.
There will be badges in the system, we just have to find a place for them in our roadmap :)
Just want to second his request. I would like to control how many points leadership can give out and then also control how many points the employees can give. Then scale it as necessary.
For me my company has 10 people and some gravitate towards others. I could see this hurting us and dividing people more without quality controls.
Maybe control how much praise from one member to another.

For us both would be clearly a musthave too.. The first one is very important in my opinion. It should be possible that I as ceo could reward some employees with a not restricted amount of points for special goals, etc. For example if we have a sales team, there it would be possible to give a fixed amount of points for every new deal fixed to the generated income. And if the employees for example start to cheat and just give 20 points 1-to-1 to get free stuff this would be a problem too..
