Motivac.io let team members give transparent feedback effortlessly on a minimal UI.

Also, it works without any dependency, right in the browser - even without Slack, Teams, etc.

Works for non-remote companies too, it's even a great way to show appreciation regularly.

We have started using motivacio and find this to be a nice quick way to encourage and motivate each other in the team. Liked the features and it would be interesting to note as they build and roll out more functionalities. We have been wanting to have something like this for a while. Good job.
