Q: credit usage fee
Do you have an area that lets us transfer the credit card fees to the customer? Like a credit usage fee?

Dec 17, 2024A: We currently do not have this feature, but it's something we can consider adding in the future. In the meantime, I suggest manually adding a line item for processing fees to your invoices, provided this is permitted by your customers' local regulations.

With the additional fees addon, we are talking about roughly 7-8% in fees...that's crazy. You should be giving away the platform and just collect fees.

The fees are not in addition to stripe or other credit card processing fees, they are the total fee for credit card processing 3.4% + $0.30 not 8%.
