Q: Do you plan on offering white label?

I would like to upgrade my plan but I would like to know whether you are working on white labelling the app.

Moreover, most of the features return a 500 server error especially on mobile.

A: We just updated white-label options to be available at tier 2 and above. It is under the Agency setting in the main navigation. Please let us know at support@msgbubble.com what errors you are experiencing so we can get them resolved quickly! We've added numerous new features since launch that AppSumo users have asked for like WhatsApp integration, Bulk-Group SMS/Email Messaging, SMTP Integration, In-Browser Calling, Opportunities and other CRM updates among other things but sometimes that means we have a few unexpected bugs. Rest assured we are working very hard everyday to fix any and all issues and most are very, very quick to fix if we know about them. We appreciate you Bob and your continued interest in our product. You increase the price. It was $99 one hour ago. Would you let me upgrade for $99. Moreover, I don’t see where it says white label in the feature list.

Hi Bob. The pricing on AppSumo campaigns do not change, we didn't increase it. White-label wasn't available at launch so it isn't listed but it is available tier 2 and higher.

How does your white-label feature work? When I click on it under agency, I don't see where to set up my branding, so yours doesn't show up in messages I send to clients. I am not talking about your website builder option.
