Q: Hey! Im a dentist currently using Boxly and looking to switch, am I right in thinking you offer similar services?
I'm a dentist in the UK working for an office and I generate my own leads which my VA handles.
Am looking for a tool that integrates different messaging platforms in one and also offers whatsapp integration, and allows easy lead follow ups.
I'm not technical so if you could advise what you offer over Boxly would be really helpful!? (from what i can see you also offer review automation and low cost sms via twilio)
In terms of setting up the Meta API for whatsapp would you be able to help with this during onboarding?

In terms of what we offer over them, Boxly appears to only primarily handle the communication aspect whereas MsgBubble integrates other business CRM aspects like Appointment Scheduling, Review Management, Invoicing and even a website builder which can be helpful setting up quick lead landing pages with custom lead forms. Our form builder also allows digital signatures which can be helpful for some businesses when onboarding. Also we now have browser/desktop based calling so you can reach out to leads while working in the software as well.
