1. API or webhooks? please consider other appsumo integrations like boost.space, sms-it crm or easy text marketing (appsumo deals).
2. “Create forms for new client intakes, newsletter opt-ins, contracts,” see question #1. Would love to at least upload from sheets!
3. What type of resources are added to the knowledge base? PDFs YouTube links? Csv? Is that part of the storage?

I looked at MSGBubble a month ago for something more robust and hope for real automation soon.
