A: We do not support the direct transfer of Hong Kong numbers.
but we have Twilio integration (in the public beta version). So, if you are able to port your numbers to your Twilio account then you can use them on our platform.

Although we don't support that scenario directly, you can use Ring Groups in our application.
for example:
Sales Ring group:
- Layer 1: agent 1, agent 2
- Layer 2: agent 3, agent 4
So, if you get an incoming call, then the call will be routed first to agent 1, then agent 2 (also can be at the same time), if those agents are not available (or just do not answer the call), then the call will be routed to the second layer and so on ...
