Q: [UPDATED!!] This product is crushing my page load time. And the Multilipi site is also not loading.
We got this offer before it sold out and love the product, but noticed that it is absolutley killing our page load time. It's gotten worse, too. Today, we couldn't get our page to load at all and after troubleshooting it and talking to our web host, we removed the multilipi code from our site and the webpage loaded almost instantly. So, this thing is decimating our site. When will this be fixed?...

Q: Moving the Language Switcher in settings does not move it on the live site. Support sending canned answers only.
The Language Switcher's position does not move when you adjust it in the settings. Whether I chose right or left side's of the screen it remains locked in place, and the pixel offset adjustment doesn't work either.
Email support is seems to be AI with canned answers. Telling me to fix the issue by doing exactly what doesn't work and what I've been trying all along.
Q: Is it possible to also "translate" prices/currency?
