Q: Actual number of translated languages / Tiers upgrade later
The description of your product is "Translate your website into 120+ languages" but only your highest Tier offers 100 languages (not 120). Lower tiers offer much fewer languages.
Do you accept lifetime deal Tier upgrades later purchase? I wouldn't be able to justify the highest tier now. Thank you!

A: Hi,
We actually support close to 140 languages now, and we’re really sorry for the confusion in the listing. If you choose our highest tier, we’ll provide access to all supported languages, so you don’t need to worry about the 100-language limit.
Regarding upgrading your LTD tier later, unfortunately, we can’t offer upgrades once the AppSumo deal ends due to AppSumo’s policies.
Thank you for your reply. I don’t worry worry about the 100 language limit. I just realise that your title only makes sense if we purchase the highest tier at 3K $. A bit misleading…
I completely understand your concern. The 120+ languages refers to the overall languages supported by MultiLipi, while each AppSumo tier has its own limit on how many languages can be activated.
Q: Can specific areas be excluded from translation?
Hi,
I’m building a social network for foreign-language learners using FluentCommunity. I’d like the community interface to be translatable so that non-English speakers can navigate it easily.
However, within each Space, I’d like the page interface and framework to be translated (menus, buttons, labels, navigation, etc.), while leaving user-generated content in its original language. Since...

A: Hi,
That’s a very interesting use case!
Yes, MultiLipi has a detailed Translation Exclusion feature. You can exclude an entire page or only specific sections/elements from translation, such as user-generated posts, comments, menus, or any other content area.
We also provide a Visual Translation Exclusion tool, where you can visually select specific elements/classes that you don’t want...
1. Does the Wordpress plugin work with Oxygen Builder? 2. Also, where are the translated words stored? Can users restore translated words from users’ server backups?

A: Hi,
1. Yes, MultiLipi is compatible with Oxygen Builder. If you experience any issues, just contact our support team and we’ll help you resolve them quickly. 2. Your translations are stored securely on our infrastructure. You also have the option to download/export all your translations directly from the dashboard. This export feature is available on Tier 3 and above.
I purchased this deal the on your 1st launch, but wasnt able to use it as that time you mentioned it wouldn't work on multiple domain names (same content, same website) just different vanity subdomains. At that time last year you mentioned you were working on supporting this -- has this changed?

A: Hello!
Thank you for reaching out and for being an early supporter of MultiLipi! Currently, there is no direct out-of-the-box way to handle multiple vanity domains under a single project. However, we can help you set this up in your workspace as a workaround!
To achieve your setup, we can help you import your translations from one domain/project into your other projects with different vanity...
Hi Could you give us insights what features the mcp Server has and could you give examples what use cases can be handled by the server.
Also I would like to know if one can put all the translated pages in our own server so we don’t.run into your delivery limits.
What exactly will the coming soon byok feature make possible? Which limits will it spare and influence?
Thank you

A: Hi,
To be transparent, this is only the first version of our MCP Server, and we’re already receiving a lot of valuable feedback that we’re planning to implement.
Currently, MCP allows you to onboard projects through prompts, retrieve project details, and manage things like Glossary and Translation Memory directly through your AI agent. We’ll continue expanding its capabilities.
I'm sorry, but we can't move the MCP feature to lower tiers at this stage. The deal structure is already set, and many Sumo-lings have already purchased based on these exact allocations, so changing them mid-campaign wouldn't be fair to existing buyers.

Good to read. That would be exactly what I need. What languages are supported in your first 5 tiers, please? 4, 6, 8, 10 and 15 respectively.
Until when is your campaign running?

Could imagine making the mcp available in lower tiers, since it is just developing … I think many would appreciate this
