Q: Difference between translated words and requests

hi,
I have a couple of questions that you can maybe help me with:
Can you explain the difference between translated words and requests?
Is there any frequency for those translated words? Or I can only translate 100k words in all the lifetime?

A: Hey, I’m Kunal from MultiLipi—happy to help!
• Translated Words: This is the total number of words we translate for you. The 100k words are a one-time allocation for your lifetime usage.
• Requests: These occur each time someone visits a translated page, triggering a request to serve the translated content.

Let me know if you need more details!

so that means that if I translate in 2 languages and I have roughly the same volume of visits, then I can only get 5k visits per language per month?

Yes, if you translate into 2 languages and have similar traffic for both, then the visits would be split. So, if your plan supports 10k visits per month, you’d get approximately 5k visits per language per month.
