At the moment, MultiLipi can only be implemented if you own or have full access to the website you want to translate — including the ability to add CNAME records and scripts to the site.
Since LaunchCart is a hosted platform (like Shopify), unless they allow you to add custom scripts or DNS records, it would not be possible to use MultiLipi directly on it.
If you own the site on LaunchCart and have access to these settings, we can definitely guide you through the process.
