Q: In 4 months we can't translate any more words?
Translated words: 2,000,000
Translated requests per month: 500,000
Does it mean that if we use the maximum requests per month for 4 months, we're then blocked?

Feb 18, 2025A: Hey, I’m Kunal from MultiLipi—great question!
The translated words in your plan are a one-time allocation. For example, with License Tier 4, you get 1,000,000 translated words to use over the lifetime of the plan. Once you’ve translated 1 million words, no new words will be translated unless you upgrade or purchase more.
However, the translated requests per month (like 200,000 for Tier 4) refer to how many times visitors can access your translated content each month. If your site has recurring visitors accessing already-translated pages, requests will continue to work month after month, even after you’ve reached your word limit.
So, if you hit your 1M word limit within 4 months, your existing translations will still be served to visitors each month—you’re only limited in adding new translations.

Thank you for this explanation, it's very clear. And if we take Tier 5 but reach one of the two limits, can we purchase additional credit? At what rates? It's better to know this upfront rather than facing an unpleasant surprise later.

On your "pricing" page, I don't see any one-time purchase options to translate more words or increase the number of views. All I see are subscription plans.
